
The Law Firm of Sorgi & Minichiello, LLP, is a limited liability partnership registered with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and doing business as Sorgi & Minichiello, LLP. The firm maintains a fully computerized conveyancing office in Hanover and offices in Brockton and Plymouth.
We conduct all our closings in our office, Registries of Deeds, Real Estate Brokers’ offices, the Lender’s offices, or at any location that might be requested by the Borrower.
In addition to Attorney Anna Sorgi and Attorney Thomas Minichiello, the firm is comprised of Attorney Louis V. Sorgi, Jr., Attorney Richard F Scarano., Attorney Kaley E Sorgi and Attorney Theresa M. Marini. The firm maintains a relationship with an insured, independent title abstracting company, as well as relationships with independent examiners located in all eastern Massachuestts counties. The firm regularly services the counties of Norfolk, Plymouth, Barnstable, Bristol (all locations), Suffolk and Middlesex and upon request can service all other counties in Massachusetts.
The firm is a Policy issuing agent for all major title insurance companies. The firm maintains a professional liability insurance policy in the amount of $2,000,000.00.
The firm averages less than a two week turnaround time from the receipt of our assignment to closing. A shorter turnaround is never a problem if requested by the parties to the transaction.
The firm currently provides mortgage closing services for several lenders. A copy of this list will be made available if requested.
Our fee schedule is flexible and always conforms to the market needs of our Lenders.

Attorney Sorgi, born and raised in Massachusetts, has been practicing law for over 25 years. She has concentrated her legal work in residential and commercial real estate transactions since 1993, including representation of mortgage lenders, developers, buyers, and sellers in real estate acquisitions and financing. Attorney Sorgi has extensive experience in land title matters, purchase and sale negotiations, land development and conducting closings. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and at the United States Supreme Court.
